    Abstract: Rapid aerial dispersion of thin metallic strips or chaff to confuse enemy dar is achieved by packaging the chaff in multiple resilient wheels within a tubular container. Upon aerial release of the container, the wheels separate from each other and spin off randomly, scattering chaff over a wide area without local concentrations or birdnesting within such area.
