Abstract: A method for forming simulated stone coping above a vertical structure, the method comprising the steps of providing molded liners, each having a textured imprinting for forming the simulated stone coping, providing form boards, mounting the form boards on the vertical structure, placing the molded liners, pouring concrete to form a concrete fill, allowing the concrete fill to cure and/or harden, removing the form board, and peeling the molded liner from the concrete fill.

Nail guiding means are attached to the mid section, and direct a nail or screw through the mid section to secure the deck drain to a planar surface. Edges of two or more of the structural elements are aligned vertically to permit the deck drain to contact the planar surface without wobbling when attached.

Abstract: A replacement re-cover drain top for a deteriorated top of an existing drain situated in the deck area about a swimming pool. The re-cover top is of a channel-like section and is adapted when installed to overlie an existing drain from which its previous top has been at least partially removed. Drain apertures in the top communicate with the drain on which it is installed from below the upper surface of the top to a depth corresponding at least to the flush level of the adjacent decking.

Abstract: A channel-like member defines a track section for supporting elongated lengths of fiber optic lighting about the interior perimeter wall of a swimming pool. The member is comprised of a polymeric composition with which there is integrally formed an anchor arm extending rearwardly away from the track section. When mounting the member, the anchor arm is positioned to extend overlying the pool edge to within the unfinished decking area in which decking mortar or aggregate is to be introduced. Receipt and curing of the decking mortar or aggregate along with the weight of the decking permanently secures the anchor arm and member at the selected mounting location. Also included integrally of the track body is a flashing ledge secured laterally rearward therefrom to be positioned horizontally intervening between the decking and the pool wall.

Abstract: A track structure for retaining the liner of a liner type in-ground swimming pool is comprised of two component parts including an elongated length of a channel-like body section adapted to be secured about the perimeter of a liner-type pool and a channel-like insert adapted to be removably disposed within the body section. Both components are formed of polymeric plastic composition and both are configured at least partially complementary, so as to enable the insert to effect a snap-in interfit for securing the insert within the body. The insert when disposed within the body cooperates with an internal body surface wall to define a narrow clearance through which the liner can extend while securing the beaded edge of the liner against withdrawal. When the body and insert are assembled, a single exposed channel is provided, enabling a form board to be positioned thereat for the pouring and setting of aggregate deciking about the pool.
