A rules engine is operative to identify enumerated events such that an event in one module triggers the rules engine to propagate a related event in one or more other modules. Such health services modules may be software architectural components operable for one or more of (1) live video conferencing, (2) scheduling, and/or (3) health services program data/content. Additional health services modules (“add-on modules”) may also be provided on the platform and horizontally integrated.
