The tie-down hook includes a flat section and a bended section. The flat section includes a plurality of perforations. The bended section includes a plurality of holes and the ratchet strap device includes a strap having a first end secured to the ratchet strap device and a free end with a hook that connects and disconnects to the plurality of holes of the bended section of the tie-down hook.
