Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for massaging a body part of a user comprising a housing formed from a flexible material, a interchangeable spherical resilient body received within the housing, the interchangeable spherical resilient body being made from soft material and at least one connecting material coupled to opposite ends of the housing, the at least one connecting material having a predetermined length. The flexible material may include a tube like fabric or mesh material. The interchangeable spherical resilient body may include at least different sizes, spherical or non-spherical shape, and different textures.
