Abstract: A bow sling has a central member. The central member has a first cam cover at a first end of the central member. The first cam cover has a cord with a fixed portion attached to the first cam cover and spaced from the central member. The central member has a first cam cover cord connector. The first cam cover cord has a loose portion releasably attachable to the first cam cover cord connector. The central member may have a second cam cover on a second end opposite the first end. The second cam cover may have a cord with a fixed portion attached to the second cam cover and spaced from the central member. The central member may have a second cam cover cord connector. The second cam cover cord may have a loose portion releasably attachable to the second cam cover cord connector.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for predicting the likely outcome of an event out of a number of possible outcomes relies on past statistical occurrences of each of said possible outcomes selected by a random-number generator. In a preferred embodiment of the invention a table game provides for realistic simulation of known athletes' performance in the context of a virtual game predicated upon the career statistics of those athletes, uses card carrying along one of their edges, space-proportioned zones representing the percentage of occurrence of each possible outcome of a player's move during that player's career. A random number generator drives a display of a series of individually selectable points or locations that are matched to one of the zones in order to determine the outcome of a virtual move. The game is particularly adapted to the simulation of baseball, cricket, basketball, or golf competitions.

Abstract: A balloon device includes an inner container and an outer container that are movable with respect to each other. The device includes a pressurized gas container mounted in the inner container and a firing mechanism that is operated by slamming the device against a solid surface such as a table top or the like. The firing mechanism punctures the pressurized container and permits gas to escape into the device, and this gas is guided via orifices to the balloon that is sealingly held on the device by an O-ring type element. When the balloon is pressurized to a prescribed pressure, further pressurization of the device will move the inner container and the surface against which the O-ring seats disappears as the inner container moves with respect to the outer container. The balloon is released and sealed as the O-ring is released.
