  • Patent number: 8740770
Abstract: An implant for helping a male patient achieve a penile erection, the implant comprising a pair of substantially straight and substantially rigid rods and an interconnecting structure. The rods are configured for being implanted subcutaneously in the patient and are selectively movable from a retracted mode of the implant to a deployed mode of the implant, where in the deployed mode a desired portion of each rod is within the penis shaft and in the retracted mode at least a majority of each rod is out of the penis shaft. Each rod comprises at least one flexible portion, the flexible portion being configured for being bent at a desired angle and for maintaining the desired angle. The interconnecting structure is implanted subcutaneously in the patient and joined to the rods, and is configured for stabilizing the rods within the penis shaft.

  • Patent number: 5868248
Abstract: A golf club divider assembly for use with a golf bag creates a desired plurality of subdivided and axially extending compartments for receiving a plurality of golf clubs. A plurality of elongated divider members are inserted axially within the golf bag and each divider member includes a plurality of either three or four outwardly and axially extending vane portions. A like plurality of sleeve members may be slidably engaged over the divider members to facilitate the creation of the individual club carrying compartments. Axially repositionable golf club head covering assemblies are provided and are secured to upper ends of the divider members in association with each of the club carrying compartments. The covering assemblies are repositionable in a vertical manner to cover an upwardly projecting club head of a golf club and to isolate and protect the golf club from the remaining golf clubs.

  • Patent number: 5823335
Abstract: An improved golf club divider assembly retains a plurality of golf clubs in an orderly and secured fashion. An outer bag frame has a desired height and a rectangular shape when viewed in cross section. The interior of the bag is hollow and receives in an axially inserted fashion a primary club divider member. The primary divider member is constructed of a plurality of axially directed and radially outwardly extending vane portions which, upon insertion of the divider member, subdivides the hollow interior into a first group of axially extending compartments. A plurality of secondary club divider members are constructed in a similar fashion as to the primary divider member and are sized so that, upon insertion, the first group of compartments are subdivided into a second plurality of axially extending compartments capable of each receiving a club shaft of a golf club.

  • Patent number: 5613603
Abstract: A golf club divider assembly is for use with a golf bag for efficiently and conveniently housing a plurality of golf clubs within a conventional golf bag enclosure in a restraining and shielding fashion. A plurality of sleeve shaped members are inserted axially within the golf bag enclosure. A like plurality of divider members are slidably engaged within the sleeve shaped members and include radially projecting and axially extending vane portions which, upon insertion within the sleeve shaped members, creates pluralities of club shaft receiving cavities. Shielding portions are attached to upper ends of the divider members for encircling and protecting the exposed heads of the golf clubs and for preventing contact between adjacent club heads.

  • Patent number: 5505300
Abstract: A golf club divider insert and golf bag for a set of golf clubs includes a golf bag having a base, a body and an open top. The divider insert includes an elongated and sleeve shaped member which is inserted within the golf bag and includes a plurality of elongated and circumferentially extending and spaced apart vanes which define a plurality of elongated enclosures within the bag for receiving the golf clubs. A plurality of foldable flap support members are hingedly attached to the plurality of vanes and each has a horizontal support ledge which allow the insert to be lifted a distance in the bag. Thus, the foldable flap members reach the height of the club head and each club is secured and protected from damage.
