  • Patent number: 6066093
Abstract: A disposable electrodeless electro-dermal connector device includes a flexible non-conductive sheet having a fixed array of electrical conductor strips affixed thereon and positioned in a specific size configuration appropriate for electrocardiographic recording. The connector strips have a receptor pad end adapted for electrical connection with the skin for receiving electrical impulses and a terminal connection end which is adapted for connection with an electrocardiological measuring apparatus. Receptor pads V.sub.1 and V.sub.2 are attached approximately over the sternum at the fourth intercostal space and receptor pads V.sub.3 and V.sub.4 are attached over the ribs, with the distance between V.sub.1 and V.sub.2 being 2.00 inches .+-.0.56 inches, the distance between V.sub.2 and V.sub.4 being 3.5 inches .+-.1.00 inch.

  • Patent number: 5916159
Abstract: An electro-dermal connector device includes a flexible non-conductive sheet and electrode sensors V.sub.1 to V.sub.6 disposed on the non-conductive sheet in a dimensional array and adapted for electrical connection with the skin for receiving and transmitting electrical impulses. On the non-conductive sheet the distance between electrodes V.sub.1 and V.sub.2 is 2.00 inches .+-.0.56 inches, and the distance between V.sub.2 and V.sub.4 is about 3.5 inches .+-.1.00 inch, with V.sub.3 located substantially midway between V.sub.2 and V.sub.4 and V.sub.5 is generally equidistant between V.sub.4 and V.sub.6.

  • Patent number: 4738417
Abstract: A hand operated control for a rough riding vehicle is disclosed and includes a truncated sphere having a soft hand grip movably mounted thereon. A position sensing mechanism is partially encompassed within said truncated sphere and is connected to the soft hand grip and a computer for sending control signals to the vehicle. The soft hand grip is held from movement by firmly gripping the hand grip to the truncated sphere, and is controllably moved relative to the truncated sphere about a center within the grip of the hand to transmit control signals to the vehicle such as direction of movement signals when the grip on the hand grip is relaxed.
