The operations may include storing, emailing, or faxing a copy of the document to another location. The operations may also include adding text in the form of a header, footer, or watermark when the document is printed. An operation associated with a virtual print tray may also have an associated condition such that the operation is performed when the associated condition is satisfied.

Abstract: An apparatus for tracking usage information for an image forming device is provided which includes an image forming device, processing circuitry and memory. The processing circuitry is associated with the image forming device and is operative to detect consumable usage information at the image forming device. The memory is coupled with the processing circuitry and is operative to store a data file containing the user information, the output job information, and the usage information. A method is also provided.

Abstract: An implementation of a technology, described herein, for managing the preparation and prosecution of patent applications and quality management of the same. This technology acts as a catalyst or facilitator for the patrons of a service using such technology. It can handle some or all of the functions related patent acquisition, and enhance the quality of the resulting patents. Such functions may include invention disclosure gathering; encouraging invention disclosure; patent application drafting, filing, prosecution, and handling issuance and maintenance fees; and managing all of the above. It facilitates quality enhancement of resulting patents by encouraging more invention disclosures by providing a reliable, automated mechanism for rewards such action and by providing information (related to potential interferences) that helps patrons may good business decisions early in the patenting process to same time and money.

Abstract: Wireless content storage and transfer systems and methods are provided in accordance with the present invention. The system comprises a storage device configured to receive content from a service provider and store the content. The storage device further comprises at least one transmitter configured to wirelessly transmit the content to any wireless communication device within a range of the transmitter.
