  • Publication number: 20250373220
Abstract: A filter device, method of manufacture and use thereof. The filter device comprises a foil-wound inductor formed by a first conductive foil strip having a first terminal and a second terminal, the first conductive foil strip wound around a core to form a plurality of winding layers such that the first terminal is proximate the core and the second terminal is located at an outermost winding layer, and a continuous dielectric insulating layer between the plurality of winding layers of the first conductive foil strip; and a tunable capacitor formed by a second conductive foil strip at least partially encircling the outermost winding layer of the foil-wound inductor and a dielectric insulating layer disposed therebetween, the second conductive foil strip having a portion that can be trimmed to alter a capacitance between the second conductive foil strip and the first or second terminal of the foil-wound inductor.

  • Publication number: 20250365372
Abstract: A call routing system and method comprising a branch exchange system designed to receive telephone calls. A session initiation protocol server is operative with the branch exchange system, the session initiation protocol server further having a firewall designed to allow telephone calls to pass therethrough. At least one automated attendant system is designed to request authentication for said telephone calls. At least one computerized telephone device is designed to receive telephone calls and notifications of telephone calls routed through the session initiation protocol server and sent from the branch exchange system. The branch exchange system is designed to route telephone calls based on the validity of the authentication and the presence or absence of a breakthrough number. A voicemail system may be included for message storage and converting audio files to text tiles, increasing, therefore, routing and message delivery options.

  • Publication number: 20250220870
Abstract: Integrated circuit structures having varied epitaxial source or drain structures and device types are described. In an example, an integrated circuit structure includes a first plurality of horizontally stacked nanowires laterally spaced apart from a second plurality of horizontally stacked nanowires, each of the second plurality of horizontally stacked nanowires having a lateral width less than a lateral width of each of the first plurality of horizontally stacked nanowires. First epitaxial source or drain structures are at ends of the first plurality of horizontally stacked nanowires, each of the first epitaxial source or drain structures having a maximum lateral width. Second epitaxial source or drain structure are at ends of the second plurality of horizontally stacked nanowires, each of the second epitaxial source or drain structures having a maximum lateral width greater than the maximum lateral width of each of the first epitaxial source or drain structures.
