  • Patent number: 11921116
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the use of one or more biomarkers to evaluate the likelihood that a CDK4 inhibitor would produce an anti-cancer effect in a subject. Accordingly, in certain non-limiting embodiments, the present disclosure provides for methods, compositions and kits for a companion diagnostic for CDK4 inhibitors, and in particular, for the use of the colocalization of Enigma and CDH18 biomarkers to foci within the cancer for determining whether the cancer can be successfully treated by CDK4 inhibition.

  • Patent number: 5054209
Abstract: A food damp-drying centrifuge containing a spinner basket having a cover driven by an upper-positioned motor so that when the cover is engaged with the basket, actuation of the motor causes the basket to spin.

  • Patent number: 4399351
Abstract: An electric heat exchange cooking unit for use, selectively, with any one of a plurality of different cooking receptacles, has a heat exchange member including locking mechanism for mechanically constraining the flat undersurface of the cooking receptacle in intimate face to face contact with the top, flat surface of the heat exchange member upon the selected cooking receptacle being fully locked in place. The heat exchange member is of cast metal having embedded therein a continuous electrical heating element of such configuration as distributes heat substantially uniformly throughout the upper surface of the heat exchange member while at the same time providing a central opening within which is received a remote-indicating temperature sensor for measuring the degree of heat being uniformly applied to the food being cooked in the selected cooking receptacle.

  • Patent number: 4193482
Abstract: A soft panelled garment bag supports hangered garments in spaced relation along an interior slide support member having a front-to-back, T-shaped slot opening into which upwardly-extending T-shaped portions of closet rod to garment bag adjustable hangers can be hooked. A zippered front panel of the garment bag is fitted at the inside with a T-shaped keeper adapted to fit into the front of the slide support member to prevent the release of clothes hangers during transport, while at the same time facilitating closure and opening of the garment bag.

  • Patent number: 4090310
Abstract: A food damp drying centrifuge for commercial use comprises a rollably supported cylindrical housing, removably supported within which is a cylindrical food spinner basket. A drive motor affixed to the underside of the housing has a drive shaft extending through the housing bottom and terminating in an octagonal drive head interconnectably receivable within a complementary recess integrally formed in the underside of the spinner basket. A pair of mutually coaxially journalled, separable cover members cover and enclose the housing and spinner basket, respectively, for placing the centrifuge in condition for centrifuging food placed in the spinner basket upon energization of the drive motor.

  • Patent number: 4090593
Abstract: An expansible container or bag has a pair of side panels and an inter-connecting, peripheral, relatively flexible gusset provided with a pair of slide fasteners, each extending from a position at the top outward to each end and down the ends to permit, selectively, either access to the interior of the bag when used in non-expanded configuration, or for turning the bag inside out for use thereof in expanded configuration. To this end, the insides of the side panels also form the inside panels of a pair of zippered auxiliary bag compartments, normally contained within the bag but which, when the bag is turned inside out, expand outwardly of each side of the bag to substantially triple holding capacity.
