  • Publication number: 20240278993
Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for sorting items to a plurality of sort bins. After the items are sorted into the sort bins the sort bins may be automatically emptied into separate containers. Alternatively, the sort bins may be discharged from the apparatus to be processed at a remote destination. The apparatus may include a plurality of delivery vehicles for delivering items to the sort bins. The apparatus may further include a plurality of retrieval vehicles for retrieving the sort bins after all the items for a grouping are sorted to the bin. The retrieval vehicles may be configured to move the retrieved bins to one or more discharge stations where the items in the sort bins may be emptied into separate containers such as boxes for shipping the items.

  • Patent number: 11813916
Abstract: An integrated air supply unit comprises a compressor housing, a pressure control unit (PCU) body, and a desiccant housing extending between the compressor housing and the PCU body. The desiccant housing defines a desiccant cavity holding a desiccant container for removing moisture from air passing therethrough. A piston is slidably disposed within a piston bore of the compressor housing. The PCU body defines a plurality of fluid passages with solenoid valves selectively controlling airflow therethrough. The integrated air supply unit may also comprise: a manifold, a discharge control valve, a compressor supplying pressurized air in a first pressurized air passage, a dryer configured to remove moisture from the pressurized air in the first pressurized air passage and to supply dried pressurized air in a second pressurized air passage, a supply control valve to control airflow between the second pressurized air passage and the manifold, and a piloted exhaust valve.

  • Patent number: 11783134
Abstract: By extracting clinical data of any format from respective different sources, a data repository normalized to a generic format is created. A medical domain specific language may be used to interact with the data repository for identifying cohorts and gaps in care for the respective cohorts. Any rules for finding gaps in care are converted into the medical domain specific language for determining gaps. This standardization in both the data repository and rule application may allow for a true cost and time to value solution accessible to many different medical practices.

  • Publication number: 20220314728
Abstract: A hydraulic actuator for a vehicle suspension includes: a pump assembly including an electric motor coupled to first and second pumps to transfer hydraulic fluid to a discharge header; a first isolation valve having an elastomeric seat and configured to selectively block fluid flow from a port in fluid communication with a height-adjustable damper to the discharge header; and a second isolation valve having a metal seat and connected in series with the first isolation valve to selectively block fluid flow from the port to the discharge header. The first pump transfers hydraulic fluid from a supply fluid passage to a first discharge header, and the second pump transfers hydraulic fluid from the supply fluid passage to a second discharge header. A recirculation valve selectively controls fluid flow from the second discharge header to the supply fluid passage.

  • Patent number: 10029029
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a novel method and apparatus for facilitating and improving efficient application of nanofibers to the surface of poorly conductive three-dimensional objects using electrospinning. The apparatus and associated methods of the present invention provide a much more direct connection between the object and the grounded plate collector while allowing the object to be supported above the collector in a manner which promotes nanofiber deposition over the top, bottom and side surfaces of the object, closely covering all of its surfaces with nanofibers. Moreover, the deposition of electrospun nanofibers according to various embodiments of the present invention expands electrospinning technology to greater numbers of applications in which three-dimensional coatings of a wide nature are advantageous.
