  • Patent number: 11924324
Abstract: Described herein is a system in which an electronic record is stored on a distributed environment with respect to an item. In this system, transactions may be conducted for an item in an anonymous fashion. In some embodiments, a first user may input an item identifier associated with an item as well as an indication of an action to be performed with respect to that item. The identifier may be transmitted to a blockchain network, which may use that identifier to locate a blockchain associated with the item. A blockchain may include a series of transaction records associated with the item, each of which is signed using a private key. Upon performance of the indicated action, the blockchain network may generate a new transaction record, append that transaction record to the blockchain, and sign the transaction record.

  • Publication number: 20240054809
Abstract: A verification application executing at a user's mobile phone directs the user to take a photo of an identification document (e.g., driver's license or other form of government issued identification) or of their face. After the verification application sends the image to a backend service, the service may then dispatch a drone to the user's location and take a photograph of the user. The service may then validate the previously-imaged document or photo of the user's face against the photograph of the user and the geolocation sent with the first image. The service may then verify the new account and provision a token to the verification application to complete a secured account generation.

  • Publication number: 20240046252
Abstract: Tokens are used for payment systems. The tokens are references or proxies to actual payment credit card or banking card numbers to improve security. However, verification of these tokens are often limited and rigid systems and are prone fraud. An improved token framework system is provided to allow for different entities to provision and verify the tokens using strong identity and strong authentication at the device level. For example, biometric identity and verification using the mobile device is used to authenticate the tokens during provisioning and subsequent transactions.

  • Patent number: 11089009
Abstract: Systems and methods for credential character selection are provided. The system includes one or more sensors configured to detect a character selection and generate a character selection signal, and detect a character selection completion and generate a character selection completion signal. The system also includes one or more processors coupled to the one or more sensors, the one or more processors configured to receive the character selection signal and the character selection completion signal, and generate an output signal based on the received character selection signal that includes components of a credential. The system also includes a network interface component configured to transmit the output signal. The credential characters may be components of a PIN or password. Moreover, the credential character selections may be made on one device, but displayed on a separate coupled device. The character selections may be a selection of a character or a modification of character.

  • Patent number: 10791126
Abstract: A method, system and device for allowing the secure collection of sensitive information is provided. The device includes a display, and a user interface capable of receiving at least one user-generated interrupt in response to a stimulus generated in response to content received by the device, wherein the action taken upon receiving the user-generated interrupt depends on a classification of the content, the classification identifying the content as trusted or not trusted. The method includes detecting a request for sensitive information in content, determining if an interrupt is generated, determining if the content is trusted, allowing the collection of the sensitive information if the interrupt is generated and the content is trusted, and performing an alternative action if the interrupt is generated and the content is not trusted. The method may include instructions stored on a computer readable medium.
