Piperazinyl substituents include cycloalkenylcarbonyl, cycloalkylcarbonyl, and methylcycloalkylcarbonyl. A representative embodiment of the invention is 4-amino-2-[4-(cyclopentylcarbonyl)-1-piperazinyl]-6,7-dimethoxyquinazoline .
