    Abstract: A metal or fiberglass, liquid storage tank having a top wall or an auxiliary flange plate which projects beyond the tank side and end walls to support the tank to a base vault and provide a support surface for a cover which is cast in place to the tank. The primary tank is mounted within an open-topped, reinforced cast concrete base which includes an internal thermal liner, liquid impermeable membrane, cover seals, tank cradles and support legs which define secondary and tertiary containment spaces. Sloped interior walls direct liquid and/or condensation to a sump region and a siphon assembly. The cover is integrally bonded to the tank and supports a number of projecting fill, vent, extraction, inspection, and monitor/siphon standpipes. Chamfered and interlocking surfaces are formed at the cover to base joint and lift eyes facilitate cover and tank removal, alignment, and tank inspection.

The form includes multiple sections which can be arranged to segregate the form interior to cast inlets with a preferred arrangement of one or more curb extension wings. Pre-assembled rebar and manhole port assemblies mount within the arranged form sections, along with a multi-section form which defines a top cover and inlets to a center manhole port. An extension form wall at the manhole port assembly defines an overflow conduit. The casting form is supported to a low profile casting table which defines a bottom form wall and includes a hydraulic lift for tilting the table top to eject a cast part.

    Abstract: A trailered, short stroke reduction grinder including a telescoping, multi-stage push ram and hydraulic grinding head which are operable from seat mounted joy sticks in an enclosed operator cabin. Collected reduction materials are pushed to a grinding channel defined between multiple arcuate, sizing screens and the rotating grinding head. A hydraulic shear bar controls the entry of the material to the grinding channel. The grates of the sizing screen are arranged to provide a plurality of reduction apertures of progressively increasing size and differing geometric shape. A single hydraulic motor and belt drive linkage control the grinding head and permit forward and reverse operation. High density plastic slide bearings at cross supports of a discharge conveyor support a ribbed belt.

A fifth-wheel mounted trailer includes a collection hopper having a hydraulically driven end-wall which directs materials into a cutter-head. The cutter head is indirectly driven by a pair of hydraulic drive motors, transfer belts and tensioned pulleys. A pivoting floor section includes a number of spaced apart rakers determines the size of exhausted particulates. The cutter-head includes teeth which clear an axle space at each sidewall and teeth which distribute materials across the width of the head. The head is removable via sidewall channels provided in the support framework.

    Abstract: An annular, elastomer bulkhead gasket for sealing pipe fittings at concreate structures. A tubular body portion includes an annular casting flange having a three-quarter radiused peripheral edge which radially projects from an outer surface. A half radiused annular bead projects from an inner surface to seal around a fitted pipe. The gasket is securable to an annular flange of a conically tapered mandrel which is securable to a casting form wall. The mandrel retains and supports the gasket in compresed relation between the casting form walls during the pouring of the bulkhead.
