    Abstract: A system for diagnosis or treatment of tissue in a body is provided. The system includes an ablation catheter having a deformable, elongate shaft having proximal and distal ends. The catheter further includes an ablation delivery member disposed proximate the distal end of the shaft and configured to deliver ablation energy to ablate the tissue. In one embodiment, the ablation delivery member comprises an ablation electrode and may also be configured to generate a signal indicative of electrical activity in the tissue. The catheter further includes one or more sensing electrodes disposed proximate the ablation delivery member. The sensing electrodes are configured to generate signals indicative of electrical activity in the tissue. The system further includes an electronic control unit configured to control delivery of ablation energy from the ablation delivery member responsive to one or more of the generated signals indicative of electrical activity in the tissue.

    Abstract: A catheter for anchoring an electrode in a coronary sinus includes an elongate catheter body adapted to be inserted into a coronary sinus and at least one electrode on the catheter body. The elongate catheter body also includes at least one anchor movable between an undeployed configuration and a deployed configuration. When the anchor is in the undeployed configuration, the catheter may be introduced into and removed from the coronary sinus. When the anchor is in the deployed configuration, the anchor engages a tissue surface of the coronary sinus to inhibit movement between the catheter body and the coronary sinus, preferably without completely occluding the coronary sinus. The anchor may be a section of the catheter body having an expandable axial cross-section, an expandable member mounted on the catheter body, one or more wire anchors, or a flexible section of the catheter body.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a tri-surface table tennis table and method of use, the tennis table comprising a configuration achieved placing three regulation tennis table surfaces next to each other to form a symmetrical arrangement, so that two of each surface's vertexes touch another surface's vertex, with each two touching vertexes forming a 120° angle. The invention also comprises a triangular surface that fits in the hole created in the center of the tri-surface configuration to form a smooth surface holding the three tennis table surfaces together, and a trilateral net structure further comprising three pieces of net, each piece of net having an inner end and an outer end, wherein the three inner ends are attached to one another and centered on the tri-surface table tennis table and the outer ends are one hundred twenty degrees apart, running to the three touching vertexes of the three playing surfaces.

    Abstract: A water intake screen installation has a traveling water screen unit, that is positioned between a water intake and a stream of water flowing in a channel, to strain a quantity of water diverging from the channel stream towards the water intake. The screen unit includes an endless belt strainer in the form of a loop and a drive for revolving the strainer. The strainer has a screening surface, that extends in a predetermined direction of stream flow in the channel and in an upwardly direction. Means are provided for directing a backwash current, through the screening surface, towards the stream of water flowing in the channel, at an elevation below the stream surface. Material, such as refuse and aquatic life, retained on the screening surface can be dislodged by the backwash current. This current forces such material backwardly from the screening surface, into the stream of water flowing in the channel, to be carried away therewith.
