    Abstract: In a fifth wheel hitch, a locking mechanism for retaining a trailer kingpin within a fifth wheel slot. The locking mechanism includes a jaw assembly comprised of a cam arm pivotally attached at one end to the underside of the hitch plate, a bumper arm pivotally attached by one of its ends to the cam arm, a sliding jaw with a recess for receiving the kingpin shank, and a secondary lock member, pivotally attached at a point intermediate its two ends to the rear portion of the cam arm. The locking mechanism also includes a main spring to pull the free end of the cam arm toward a closed position. A release rod is coupled at one end to secondary lock member at an attachment point that is disposed away from the lock member's axis.

A catheter provided with a guidewire catheter lumen having a thin covering that is easily punctured by a guidewire at virtually any desired point along the catheter length. The thin covering may be integral with the catheter shaft, or may be a separate component that covers only the portion of the catheter shaft immediately adjacent the outer portion of the guidewire lumen, or may be a thin tubular construct that surrounds the entire catheter shaft. Moreover, polymer film can be used in combination with one or more elements to produce novel catheter constructions.

    Abstract: A circuit is disclosed which generates such a bias voltage that when this bias voltage is received by a large plurality of devices of a semiconductor chip, power consumption is reduced in the stand-by mode at any particular operating temperature. The disclosed circuit contains at least one monitor FET, which is kept in its off-state, and which has common properties with the large plurality of FET devices. The temperature dependent leakage current of the monitor FET is sensed, and used to generate the bias voltage in proportion to the leakage current. This bias voltage is received by the large plurality FET devices on their gate electrodes, or on their body terminals.

A portion of the delivery wafer is then removed providing an integrated FE/CMOS structure wherein the ferroelectric capacitor is formed on top of the CMOS structure. The capacitor is in contact with the transistor of the CMOS structure through all the wiring levels of the CMOS structure.
