Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to surgical instruments used to deliver locking or set screws to secure a rod or spinal fixation element relative to an implanted bone anchor or other spinal fixation construct during spine surgery. In one embodiment, the inserter instrument can include an inner driver shaft, a ratcheted outer sleeve, and a handle configured to receive the shafts therein. The inner driver shaft can receive a plurality of set screws on a distal end thereof. A side latch, pawl, or button can engage with the ratcheted outer sleeve to facilitate step-wise advancement of the sleeve relative to the driver shaft for set screw delivery. Step-wise advancement can be controlled using another button that causes movement of the side latch.

A plurality of coupling members is coupled to the support frame and configured to selectably couple to a cooking rack. The coupling members are elongated members extending from the fluid reservoir and arch over a cooking rack. A plurality of steam apertures is disposed through the steam chamber to release steam. A selectably sealable fill aperture includes a spout member coupled to a funnel member, which is all in fluid communication with each other and with the fluid reservoir.

Abstract: A position responsive switch. A position responsive switch comprises of a two chamber housing having a first and a second chamber. An aperture is disposed between the two chambers. A first lead wire and a second lead wire extend through the second chamber. A first and second set of contact members are coupled to the first lead wire and second lead wire. A conductive object is disposed within the two chamber housing. The conductive object is disposed in the second chamber and couples a contact member from the first set and second set together to form an electrical communication therewith. The first set of contact members and the second set of contact members are splayed upon and substantially conforming to the contour of an interior surface of the second chamber; and alternate in configuration around the chamber. An airtight container is configured to enclose the two chamber housing.

Abstract: The “sun shawl” is an article of clothing that will be used out doors at various events which take place in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. “My sun shawl” is made up of a multicolored sun screen material capable of blocking out 90% of the suns harmful rays. The sun shawl has a thin 12 gauge wire sewn or bonded into its front to support its hands free function. The sun shawl may or may not have colored art design's painted on it, which may or may not include various flags and their colors from all over the world.

Abstract: A medicinal composition, particularly but not exclusively for use in fluids for medical dialysis, contains, as an agent for maintaining the osmolality of the fluid, a protein hydrolysate resulting from the action of a proteolytic enzyme on the sodium caseinate fraction of milk protein. The enzyme is preferably trypsin but other proteolytic enzymes and enzyme mixtures may be used, examples being chymotrypsin, pancreatin and pronase.The method of production involves treating the sodium caseinate in aqueous medium with the enzyme at the appropriate pH and temperature for optimum enzyme activity. The product of the enzymic hydrolysis, after filtration through a bacterial filter, adjustment of the osmolality to an appropriate level of around 300 mOsm/Kg and the pH to physiological level of about 6.6 and addition of physiological salt levels, constitutes the final product.
