Abstract: A fluid coupling is provided that includes a first coupling member including a body portion having a radially outwardly extending polygonal-shaped protrusion. A second coupling member includes a first stage adapted to connect the first coupling member to the second coupling member, a second stage adapted to open the second coupling member for fluid flow therethrough, and an inwardly facing polygonal-shaped cavity sized to receive the polygonal-shaped protrusion on the first coupling member when the first and second members are connected to inhibit relative rotation between the first and second coupling members.

Abstract: A fluid connector with adjustable flow control includes an adapter having a first threaded portion, a sealing surface and an orifice. The fluid connector also includes a valve body having a second threaded portion for engagement with the first threaded portion and a central body passage connected to at least one port. Upon rotation of the valve body relative to the adapter, the port is displaced axially relative to the sealing surface thereby effecting a change in fluid flow through the fluid connector and into or out of the orifice.
