Abstract: Embodiments of efficient high-velocity compressed gas-powered guns are described. In an embodiment, the gas-powered gun includes a lower receiver having a trigger assembly. The gas-powered gun may also include an upper receiver having a bolt assembly configured to operate in response to actuation of the trigger assembly, and a gas distribution assembly coupled to the bolt assembly, the gas distribution assembly configured to actuate the bolt assembly with a portion of gas used to fire a projectile.
