Abstract: A liquid dispenser is associated with a flush lavatory to enable disenfectant or liquid to be dispensed into the lavatory. The liquid dispenser has a reservoir, a pump and an outlet conduit. The liquid dispenser is preferably located in the cistern of the lavatory and liquid may be dispensed into the cistern or directly into the lavatory bowl. Normally, a part of the pump extends through the wall or lid of the cistern, and that part may be removable from a sleeve of the pump to enable the reservoir to be filled through that sleeve. A slot and a projection may be provided to cause the removable part to engage with the sleeve to prevent accidental removal.

Abstract: Water fittings for rinsing tables or the like include a hose pipe which is provided with a hose fiting having a casing which accommodates in downstream direction a shut-off valve for controlling the water flow and a fast coupling for providing a connection of the hose fitting with a hand appliance.

Abstract: A valve slide plate of ceramic oxide or a similarly suitable material with at least one overflow passage in the form of an aperture and which is movable on a rigidly mounted base plate with fluid passages by a driver element includes a flexible seal which is interposed between the valve slide plate and the driver element and is vulcanized to the valve slide plate, and which engages the driver element with only a minimal contact pressure determined by the prevailing pressure of the liquid flowing through the valve.

Abstract: An improved lever head for a single handle mixing faucet of the type wherein the hand lever is brought out of the body at right angles to the valve slides is described. Volume adjustments are made by swiveling the handle from side to side whereas mixing adjustments are made by rotating the hand lever about its longitudinal axis.
