  • Patent number: 12235368
Abstract: A distributed navigation system includes navigation platforms, each having a universal navigation processor, relative navigation systems to provide source information to the navigation platforms, navigation filters provided on one or more of the universal navigation processors, and an anchor navigation node disposed on one or more of the navigation platforms to form one or more anchor navigation platforms. Each anchor navigation node includes an inertial navigation system, a clock, and absolute navigation systems, which are used, in combination with source information, to determine navigation information. The anchor navigation platforms provide the navigation information to other navigation platforms.

  • Patent number: 4746773
Abstract: Wall mounted connectors are provided in a communications ring network. The connectors join signal carrying lines until a communications node is connected into the network at the connector. When a plug from the node is inserted into the connector socket and rotated, plug contacts on the node plug are brought into contact with fixed, line contacts within the connector. Also, an electrical path through line closing conductors in the connector is broken. When the plug is rotated back and removed from the connector, the ring is again completed through the line closing conductors. The line closing conductors are mounted to a wheel which is driven by the plug. The rotor is positioned within a shielded enclosure formed by two pairs of upper and lower plates connected to the outer conductors of respective coaxial signal lines. A pawl pivoted on a biasing wheel drives the wheel back to the nonrotated position unless the wheel is rotated through half of a full rotation.

  • Patent number: 4075643
Abstract: A film-engaging mechanism for incorporation in a camera which uses self-developing film has a unitary transport receptacle for a film cassette and a processor for developing the film. The receptacle houses a replaceable film cassette, positions it to align the foremost film unit therein at the image surface of the camera, and advances each film unit for transport to the processor. The receptacle also aligns the processor to receive each advancing film unit and subjects it to the critical operations that assure proper photographic development. The transport receptacle is well-suited for construction with a unitary compartment-forming frame formed of a single metal sheet, and which requires only few additional parts to complete the unit.
