  • Patent number: 11580893
Abstract: A luminance calibration system and method of mobile device display for medical images is provided, and allows a mobile device display to display the medical images complying with grayscale standard display function (GSDF) defined by Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) under any environmental light sources; for example, the medical images displayed by the mobile device display can meet a Just-Noticeable Difference (JND) defined by DICOM to facilitate medical diagnosis for medical staffs. In addition, the luminance calibration system and method of mobile device display for medical images only adjusts the medical images inside the operating window of the mobile device display, while any image outside the operating window of the mobile device display is reserved; as a result, the luminance calibration system and method of mobile device display for medical images makes the mobile device display to be a medical image screen as well as a regular screen.

  • Publication number: 20160210714
Abstract: Disclosure is related to a method for storing medical images, and a related imaging system. The system retrieves a series of original image data of an organism body from a medical modality. A three-dimensional image can be reconstructed from the image data and allowing an operator to process reviewing. The system then collects operating signals from the process of reviewing. One or more images of critical profile can be determined based on the operating signals. After that, image information respectively associated with the images of critical profiles and non-critical profiles is obtained for rendering different tactics for separately storing the images of the critical and non-critical profiles. For example, the images for the critical profiles are stored as the original images; and the images for the non-critical profiles are stored using a streamlined scheme. The storing method effectively reduces the storage space.

  • Patent number: 9158997
Abstract: In a method for displaying mammography images, an identification of the mammography images is first inputted via a user interface of a computer system. A host is employed to receive the identification for activating the mammography images and reading a header of the mammography images. The host reads a plurality of displaying rules previously configured for comparing with the header of the mammography images. The host then automatically selects one of the plurality of displaying rules that is best conformed to the header of the mammography images. The host automatically classifies the mammography images according to the selected one displaying rule. Finally, a monitor displays the classified mammography images.

Abstract: Disclosure herein is related to a telemedicine information system. The telemedicine information system includes a monitoring end which receives the physiological signals generated by one or more physiological sensors disposed at the client end over a network. The medical staff uses monitoring terminal device at the monitoring end. The monitoring terminal device is connected with a monitoring server for acquiring the physiological signals since the server periodically retrieves and records the signals generated by the client end's sensors. The signals will be converted to the meaningful information allowing the medical staff to monitor the remote client's physiological condition. The claimed system achieves an efficient remote medical process since the person at the monitoring end may anytime acknowledge the client's condition.
