The first end wall has one or more tab portions extending therefrom that are secured to the body adjacent the first end. The second end wall also has one or more tab portions extending therefrom that are secured to the body adjacent the second end. An axis of rotation extends between the first and second end walls substantially longitudinally along the body.

The second tooling surface engages the first feature and locates the second die section relative thereto. The third tooling surface is for forming a second feature. A method is also disclosed.
