    Abstract: A method of determining the volume of a test fluid injected into a section of an underground cavity, and thereby also the volume of the section, utilizes pressurization data with respect to another fluid, such as brine, to derive a compressibility ratio according to one aspect of the invention which is used in conjunction with brine pressure values measured during test fluid injection to determine the cavity section volume.
