  • Patent number: 4108517
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a desk with a roll-top door, slidably moveable along a pair of parallel guideways. The door includes a plurality of slats articulated to one another by a flexible backing sheet. Each of the guideways is formed with walls defining two slots: one for fixedly engaging an edge of the desk to which the guideway is mounted; the other slot for slidably receiving an edge of the door. The guideways are made of flexible plastic and are adapted to be bent and attached to the desk in a shape conforming to the desired arcuate path along which the roll-top door is to slide.

  • Patent number: 4093208
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a riding toy and stand apparatus which is convertible among the following configurations: caster-walker, spring suspended riding toy with a stationary stand, and spring suspended rocking toy. The riding toy is encircled by a member formed in a closed curve, lying generally in a horizontal plane. The riding toy is resiliently suspended from spaced locations on the encircling member. Parallel sides of the encircling member are bowed downwardly and function as rockers, adapted to engage the ground when the apparatus is configured as a spring suspended rocking toy. Detachable side frame members are adapted to support the rockers of the encircling member above the ground when the apparatus is configured as a spring suspended riding toy with a stationary stand. Casters are detachably mounted to the side frame members when the apparatus is configured as a caster-walker.

  • Patent number: 3990667
Abstract: A support frame for a swing having bouncing pendular motion includes a pair of mutually inclined U-shaped frames and a pair of support brackets. The brackets space the upper portions of the frames from one another, inhibit relative lateral movement between the frames, cooperate with aligned openings to position the frames in an inclined manner, support the swing directly, and distribute force loads of the swing to horizontally extending surfaces of the frames. In addition, the swing support frame is adapted for disassembly into 14 pieces sized to facilitate their commercial transportation by merely disassembling eight connecting assemblies.
