The plurality of partition members is supported on the floor in a spaced apart manner. The at least one retainer is positioned between at least one pair of partition members of the plurality of partition members for configuring at least two sets of partition members. The plurality of spacing members is positioned between partition members of each of the at least two sets of partition members for configuring a plurality of mold cavities therebetween. The plurality of mold cavities is adapted to receive a building material for constructing the pre-cast structures.
