    Abstract: A massage accessory for use with an electric toothbrush has a body and a coupling mechanism. The electric toothbrush has a body, and a shaft configured to generate an oscillating movement. The coupling mechanism is configured to couple the massage accessory to the shaft of the electric toothbrush. The body of the accessory has a base at a proximal end of the body, a head at or near a distal end of the body, and a flexible region between the base and the head. The base, the head, and the flexible region are arranged such that the head is configured to move in response to the oscillating movement of the shaft and the base remains relatively stationary compared to the body of the electric toothbrush. A massage accessory for use with an electric toothbrush has a transfer shaft with a driving feature, and a coupling mechanism configured to couple the massage accessory to the shaft of the electric toothbrush.
