  • Publication number: 20260191183
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus for monitoring crop health via drones. The drones are operable to deter animals, spray chemicals, and remotely monitor soil health. A base station automatically determines a path for a drone, and, upon completion of the path, the drone returns to a docking station that charges the drone until the drone is redeployed.

  • Patent number: 12319459
Abstract: A machine for packaging groups of tissue products includes a dosing element with a plurality of passageways, each for receiving a row formed by a predetermined number of products for defining a layer of a group of products. A detection device associated with the dosing element detects a filling parameter relative to a number, dimension and/or orientation of the products occupying the passageways and generates a signal representing the filling parameter. A processing and control unit receives the signals representing the products and processes the signals to compare with signals relating to a reference layer for deriving an acceptance condition, wherein the layer is consistent with the reference layer and suitable for the packaging, or for eliminating the layer of products released from the dosing element. A rejection system ejects the layer when it is in the eliminating condition.

  • Patent number: 12312110
Abstract: A machine for packaging groups of products in a roll with a sheet of film includes a first station wrapping the sheet on four consecutive sides of the group of products. For each of the two heads of the group, upper and lower horizontal flaps and first and second vertical flaps protrude. A second station for folding the four flaps has a conveyor surface for moving the group along a feed direction. A Folding devices, positioned on opposite sides of the conveyor fold the corresponding pairs of the flaps towards the head of the group. A device for generating a negative fluid pressure for each side of the conveyor surface, located before the device for folding each lower horizontal flap, relative to the feed direction, is configured to obtain, by generating a localised vacuum, a raising of the lower horizontal flap with respect to the conveyor surface.

  • Patent number: 11485531
Abstract: A machine for packaging soft products, including a conveyor defining a ring-shaped path having an active linear lower branch facing a feed plane and a non-active linear upper branch Each of a plurality of carriages supports a tooth, projecting towards the feed plane during the passage on the lower branch. A transfer device moves one group of products at a time, with a corresponding sheet of wrapping material folded around the group, towards the feed plane and to a receiving compartment defined by a first and a second tooth, along a second direction transversal to a first direction. Along the lower linear branch there are a number of teeth equal to the number of groups positioned or arrived on the feed plane. Each tooth is configured to define simultaneously a pushing tooth and a tooth containment when the tooth is interposed between two groups along the feed plane.

  • Patent number: 11420081
Abstract: A nasal filtration apparatus configured to be releasably secured around a nose of a user and provide filtration of air inhaled therethrough. The present invention includes a body having a wall manufactured from a filtration material or layers thereof such as but not limited to polypropylene. The body includes a central support member extending down the middle thereof from the upper edge to the lower edge of the body. The central support member is malleable so as to permit shaping of the body to form a cavity that will accommodate a user's nose therein. The nasal filtration apparatus includes a perimeter edge that is formed and includes material thereon that provide a releasable securing thereof to the skin of the user. A first nostril insert and second nostril insert can be included to provide additional and/or application specific filtration.

  • Publication number: 20160339167
Abstract: Embodiments relate generally to drug delivery infusion profiles that can be transferred and executed on infusion pumps without the need for loading new firmware. Particularly, embodiments relate to integrating and/or editing delivery profiles for execution infusion systems. Such systems can include target-controlled infusion systems. Advantages of such embodiments include enabling healthcare providers and medical device companies to respond quickly to changes in infusion pump technology, drug development, and pharmacokinetics by providing the ability to create, edit, integrate, and store delivery profiles to accommodate these changes.
