    Abstract: A pair of wheel assemblies adapted to attach to the rear legs of a folding lawn chair so that the chair can be used to transport heavy or bulky items from a car to a picnic site. The cargo is carried on the seat of the chair. The chair can be used for conventional seating purposes with the wheels in position ready for operation. The wheels are brought into contact with the ground by tipping the chair rearward. Each wheel assembly can be rotated about the axis of its associated leg and locked into a plurality of positions, including the position in which, for stacking and storage purposes, the wheel lays flat against the plane of the chairs rear leg assembly.

    Abstract: A shoulder strap with integral organizer enclosure for attachment to luggage and the like. The enclosure has several zippered compartments for holding personal items which are frequently needed during travel. When worn over the shoulder, the enclosure is disposed to one side of the a wearer's chest which makes the enclosure easily accessible to the wearer without requiring removal of the strap from the shoulder, even if the wearer has only one free hand. Additionally, the enclosure's location over the chest allows the user to easily monitor the pocket and its contents for peace of mind. The shoulder strap with integral organizer enclosure can also be worn around the waist as a utility pouch.

    Abstract: Apparatus is disclosed for carrying panniers on opposite sides of and beneath the top of the wheel of a cycle. A generally U-shaped bar has its opposite ends adapted to be held at a location in the area of the axle. The legs of the bar extend over the top of the wheel and are disposed at an outboard angle forming a generally V-shaped configuration with the fork blades of the cycle. Each pannier is connected to a point on the fork blade by a first fastener and to a point on a leg of the bar by a second fastener. The bar can be easily detached frm the cycle taking with it the panniers by unsecuring the bar ends from the axle and releasing the first fasteners from the fork blades.

    Abstract: A helmet restraining device employing a seat strap which is pulled taut over the top surface of the saddle-seat of a vehicle and anchored at either end of the strap to the seat and an elliptically shaped restraining cup which is relatively elastic along the major axis of the elipse. A motorcycle helmet or the like is placed on the seat, over the seat strap, and the restraining cup is stretched over the helmet, the elliptical cup enveloping a substantial portion of the helmet. The two ends of the restraining cup are then secured to connector rings located on the seat strap, anchoring the helmet therebetween.
