Abstract: An orthopedic device for treatment of headaches and the like includes a body adapted to substantially support a head of a human patient while the patient is resting in a substantially supine position. The body defines side surfaces, a lower surface and an upper surface. The upper surface defines a substantially convex protrusion substantially proximate to at least one side surface and a substantially concave depression substantially proximate to the protrusion. A difference in elevation between the protrusion and depression is selected to provide one or more beneficial treatment procedures to the patient.
