The step of creating a funds disbursement includes deducting from an associated bank account an amount based on the requested funds; generating a one time credit card number associated with the predetermined amount of the funds deducted from the associated bank account; and configuring the funds disbursement data including the one time credit card number, and the name of the particular person to which the funds should be dispersed as a two-dimensional encoded image. The method also includes transmitting the two-dimensional encoded image to the mobile device.
