    Abstract: A computer implemented method, system, and software for calculating and using an intraday indicative value of a leveraged Bullish or Bearish exchange traded fund (“ETF”) for arbitrage purposes, includes calculating an intraday current value of all the equity securities in the ETF (applicable only to Bullish ETFs), calculating mark to market gains or losses of at least one derivative product, and retrieving an accumulated loss or gain of the at least one derivative product and other cash equivalent amounts. The intraday indicative value of the ETF is determined by combining the calculated intraday current value of all the equity securities (applicable only to Bullish ETFs), the accumulated loss or gain, the mark to market gains of the at least one derivative product and other cash equivalent amounts. The determined intraday value of the ETF is used, by a party, for arbitrage purposes.

    Abstract: In a computer system, methods and computer-readable medium are disclosed for tracking motion of a subject in an activity captured by camera. The camera supplies pluralities of discrete images of the subject to a computing system environment. An event window, displayed on a monitor, has at least two cells for receiving a user input pertaining to an action of the subject in the activity. In a first of the two cells, the user indicates a specific image number corresponding to one of the plurality of discrete images and an estimate of a fractional percent thereof. In the second cell, the user indicates another specific image number and estimate of a fractional percentage thereof. Software calculates a delta between the specific image numbers and their corresponding estimated fractions. Scroll and position bars provide user-aid for navigating between discrete images. Example subjects include horses in a horse race activity while an action includes a horse stride length.

    Abstract: 1,2,4-Oxadiazoles having as 3- and 5-substituents a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic, cycloaliphatic, araliphatic, aryl or heterocyclic group, or a carbamoyl group of the formula -- CONR.sup.1 R.sup.2 where R.sup.1 & R.sup.2 which can be the same or different, are hydrogen atoms or aliphatic, cycloaliphatic, araliphatic or aryl groups or, taken with the N atom, a heterocvolic ring; provided that at least one of the 3- or 5-substituents is an N-substituted carbamoyl group. Antimicrobial activity, and particularly antiviral, antiparasitic and antibacterial activity is shown in this group. The corresponding oxadiazolins are also described and are useful intermediates in the preparation of the oxadiazoles.
