    Abstract: The frame of a wire roller includes a beam. An axle on the frame carries arms carrying a spool shaft. The arms are journaled independently on the axle and are raised and lowered by a U-shaped bracket which is controlled by a jack between the beam and the bracket. A drive motor is mounted on one of the arms. The other arm may be independently raised and lowered to facilitate placing a spool on the removable spool shaft.
