Abstract: An improved easy-to-use apparatus for organizing, holding and carrying relief & aid devices including analgesic accessories on a multifunctional garment system including a carrier means in the form of a patient aid belt organizer. The patient aid belt organizer is to be worn by the patient, the carrier means holding the plurality of patient aid accessories including a napkin pack and a battery pack in combination with patient aid belt organizer. This patient aid belt organizer is directed to be worn by a patient user having limited mobility, said device having means for attaching a plurality of relief & aid devices for ready access to provide aid to the user. In the specific arrangement of the invention, the patient aid belt organizer is in the form of an expandable belt having a plurality of selected locations having hook and loop fastener means convenient to the user.
