Patent number: 11660533Abstract: A collection of data corresponding to a player is assembled at a server from a data provider. A base value of the player based on at least the primary data is added as an attribute to an internal object stored at the server. A modifier is mapped to a second attribute of the internal object. The modifier is based on at least a portion of the secondary data and the tertiary data. A projected value is generated from the base value by applying a modifier and a rule converting the modified second attribute to a projected value. Internal objects are generated according to constraints including having a sum of limiting factors of the internal objects that does not exceed a maximum factor and a sum of projected values a maximum, subject to the first constraint. The server transmits application data including a list representing the internal objects.Type: GrantFiled: October 8, 2019Date of Patent: May 30, 2023Assignee: BetFully, Inc.Inventors: Peter Groset, Erik Groset, William Switzer

Publication number: 20060194195Abstract: A method for detecting at least one antibody directed against at least one primate immunodeficiency virus in a biological sample that includes contacting a biological sample with (i) at least one detection multiple antigenic peptide comprising a portion of an immunodominant region of a transmembrane protein of a primate immunodeficiency virus and (ii) at least one differentiation multiple antigenic peptide comprising a portion of a V3-loop of an envelope protein of a primate immunodeficiency virus. Also disclosed is an enzyme immunoassay that includes a first substrate to which are bound at least one of the detection multiple antigenic peptides and a second substrate to which are bound at least one of the differentiation multiple antigenic peptides.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 8, 2004Publication date: August 31, 2006Inventors: Marcia Kalish, Clement Ndongmo, Chou-Pong Pau, William Switzer, Thomas Folks

Publication number: 20050170339Abstract: Assays and kits for the detection of phenotypic resistance of a retrovirus to reverse transcriptase inhibitor-drugs in a biological sample. The assays are based on the direct analysis of the susceptibility of retroviral reverse transcriptase to inhibition by a reverse transcriptase inhibitor drug. The enzymatic activity of the reverse transcriptase is determined by measuring the DNA product produced when an RNA template and a first complementary DNA primer from a suitable region of the encephalomyocarditis virus genome are incubated with a biological sample containing reverse transcriptase in the presence of the drug to which resistance is being determined. The incubation mixture is reacted under conditions whereby the RNA template and the DNA primer will anneal and a DNA strand will be synthesized as an extension from the DNA primer if the reverse transcriptase in the sample is resistant to and not inhibited by the drug.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 9, 2005Publication date: August 4, 2005Inventors: Walid Heneine, Gerardo Lerma, Shinji Yamamoto, William Switzer, Thomas Folks
