  • Publication number: 20080152121
Abstract: The present solution can include a method for using dialog contracts for contact center interactions. The method can include a step of determining a context that applies to a caller who is communicating with a contact center. A dialog contract can be identified that corresponds to the determined context. The dialog contract can specify requirements for a real-time contact center session. The contact center can transfer the caller to a contact center agent. The real-time communication session can be conducted. A software program, referred to as an agent monitor, can analyze input of the caller and the contact center agent during the communication session and can automatically update a session file as requirements of the dialog contract are satisfied. The session file can be used as a quality measurement of the communication session.

  • Publication number: 20080152367
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for using a sensor to determine a charge-to-mass ratio, and a concentration, of a mixture including a first component and a second component. A base resonance frequency of the sensor in an unloaded state is measured. A surface of a vibrating element of the sensor is loaded with the mixture. A first resonance frequency, of the loaded sensor is measured and a mass of the mixture is calculated. A first component is attracted to, and a second component is removed from, the vibrating element of the sensor. A second resonance frequency, and a first charge, of the sensor are measured. The first component is removed and a second charge is measured. A mass and charge of the first component are calculated. Charge to mass ratio, and the concentration, of the first component are then derived from the calculated values.

  • Publication number: 20080154327
Abstract: A flexible, hermetically sealed enclosure device allows for the controlled insertion of an implantable device into the body of a patient. A series of bellows can be used to interconnect a number of rigid containers, each containing electronic or other components necessary for the implantable device. The bellows provide flexibility, columnar strength, and torqueability (for steering), while protecting the internal components. The bellows also can be welded to the containers to form a hermetic seal that can be electrically continuous, whereby standard wiring and components can be used without fear of corrosion or contamination. Such an enclosure can be used with systems such as an intravascular implantable pacing, drug delivery, or defibrillation system.
