Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention address deficiencies of the art in respect to e-learning and provide a novel and non-obvious method, system and computer program product for contextually invoking e-learning services for work-embedded e-learning. In one embodiment, a method for on-demand work-embedded learning can be provided. The method can include trapping a pre-configured event in an application executing in a host computing platform, and identifying a context for the pre-configured event. The method further can include retrieving e-learning content corresponding to the identified context from a learning management system. Finally, the method can include rendering the retrieved e-learning content in an e-learning content view which is separate from a view for the application in the host computing platform.

Abstract: An automation framework for automation of modular scripts based on a method for automating a script step in a modular script is provided. In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, the method comprises preparing a software environment for automation; performing one or more user actions on a software product executing on a computer system, the actions being representative of the script step that is to be automated, while the computer system records the user actions such that the modularity of the modular script is retained and the script step is automated; and providing user input to the computer system indicating that all the user actions have been performed. The modular script may be a modular test script prescribing test script steps that test a software product.

Abstract: The present server based communications system provides dynamic customization of hypertext tagged documents presented to clients accessing the system. The customization, which pertains to the content of the documents, is based on the specific requirements of a class to which the client belongs to. The class may be defined by the identity of the source which refers the client to the system. The system utilizes a database which dynamically retrieves stored data in response to a server software tool which configures the data into hypertext tagged documents. The system utilizes a dynamic token scheme to pass the identity of the referring network site from document to document to eventual purchase document accessed by the client through the hypertext tags.
