The system also includes a control system fluidly coupled with the heat exchanger. The control system is configured to vary a temperature of the process fluid heated in the heat exchanger.     Abstract: A role based security infrastructure for data encryption that does not require a key management system is provided. For each defined role, a unique key pair is generated. To encrypt a data set, a random encryption key is generated on the fly, and used to encrypt the data. To allow a role access to an encrypted data set, the corresponding encryption key is encrypted with the public key of that role, and stored in association with the encrypted data set. To access an encrypted data set, a private key associated with a role allowed access is used to decrypt the copy of the associated encryption key, which has been encrypted using the corresponding public key and stored in association with the data set. The decrypted encryption key is then used to decrypt the encrypted data set.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for handling wellsite packets for a wellsite are provided. The wellsite packets include soluble packaging with wellsite materials therein. The wellsite has surface equipment and downhole equipment positioned about a wellbore. The handling system includes at least one feeder, at least one mixer, at least one metering device, and a pump. The feeder moves the wellsite packets directly or indirectly into the mixer. The mixer stimulates dissolution of the soluble packaging so as to mix the wellsite materials with a fluid to form a wellsite mixture. The metering device selectively controls the number of wellsite packets moving to the mixer. The pump is operatively coupled to the mixer to pump the wellsite mixture at the wellsite.

    Abstract: A system and methodology facilitates the handling of oilfield materials in a space efficient manner. The oilfield materials are delivered without blowers to at least one modular silo. Each modular silo comprises an outer housing defining an enclosed interior. A vertical conveyor is positioned within the enclosed interior and is used to lift the oilfield material from a silo inlet to an upper portion of the modular silo without utilizing airflow to carry the oilfield materials. Once the oilfield materials are disposed within the upright modular silo, the outflow of oilfield materials through a silo outlet may be controlled so as to selectively release the desired amount of material into a blender or other suitable equipment.

    Abstract: A bottle-cap identification system includes a double or, alternatively, single layer coating applied to top and sides of a twist-top bottle cap and its appendant stationary connection ring. The double layer coating consists of an inner colored painting with stripe pattern and an outer opaque black layer. The single layer coating includes only the opaque substance and is applied directly to a cap and ring, whereby the cap and ring is either of solid color or features the genuine brand design. The black layer is composed of a polymer with weaker cohesive than adhesive bonds, which prevents the color of cap and ring from being seen through and enables its removal by scratching. Such scratching results in a marking randomly exposing the inner layer or, respectively, the cap and ring itself. The marking and its alignment on cap and ring serve as criterion for recognition and identification of the bottle.
