Patent number: 11328233Abstract: Methods and systems of assigning an appraiser to perform a task are provided. A request may be evaluated to identify elements corresponding to the request. The elements may be evaluated to determine the task having a task a task parameter, such as conducting an appraisal. The task may comprise accepting an appraisal order, contacting a property owner, setting up a meeting, identifying comparable properties, confirming an appraisal time, submitting the appraisal report, or submitting a satisfaction survey. An appraiser database may be assessed to identify a group of appraisers having appraiser characteristics corresponding to the task parameter. Appraisal scores may be determined for the appraisers within the group of appraisers. The task may be assigned to an appraiser within the group of appraisers based upon the appraisal scores. Responsive to the task being assigned to the appraiser, an assignment notification may be provided to the appraiser.Type: GrantFiled: April 27, 2020Date of Patent: May 10, 2022Assignee: ACCURATE GROUP HOLDINGS, LLCInventors: Michael S. Publication number: 20080039659Abstract: There is provided a regeneration process for converting oxazolidones such as hydroxypropyloxazolidone (HPOZD) to alkanolamines such as di-isopropanolamine (DIPA) and CO2. An amine stream containing HPOZD joins a stream that includes a caustic solution. The combined stream is passed to a tank where the caustic reacts with HPOZD to convert it to DIPA and CO2. The conversion of HPOZD to DIPA and CO2 requires a ratio of at least 2 moles of hydroxide for each mole of HPOZD in the solution. The conversion reaction is carried out in a reaction vessel at a temperature above 60° C. The reaction mixture is held in a feed tank for approximately 2 hours while being constantly mixed. After the reaction is completed, the mixture is allowed to settle which results in the virtually complete separation of the amine phase (containing DIPA, and water) from the caustic phase.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 8, 2006Publication date: February 14, 2008Inventors: Michael L.H. Turoff, Arthur Lee Cummings, Scott William Waite, Robert Lee Horan

Patent number: 5810305Abstract: A mounting device (2) for securing an object to a post includes an abutment member (6) and an attachment member (4). The abutment member (6) has a face (7) adapted to seat against the post and arms (12) slotted to receive a resiliently flexible strap (10). The attachment member (4) is used for attachment to a channel member associated with the object. The channel member has a mouth restricted by inturned lips. The attachment member (4) also includes one or more substantially flat plate portions (24) for insertion into the channel member to be retained therein by the inturned lips and neck portions (26) to extend through the mouth of the channel leading to head portions (16) slotted to receive the resiliently flexible strap. In use, the strap is provided in the slots which are located such that at the points where the strap passes through the slotted head portions (16), the slot therein lies as close as, or closer to, the post than at the points where the strap passes through the slots of the arms (12).Type: GrantFiled: October 29, 1996Date of Patent: September 22, 1998Assignee: Signfix LimitedInventors: Robert Arthur Henderson Heard, Terence William Waite
