  • Patent number: 7210538
Abstract: A method and apparatus for proving a flotation for the wings of a foldable wing of an agricultural seeder that are centrally suspended from the main frame such that individual wings are pivotable centrally of the longitudinal axis therefore to better follow the contours of the ground.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 27, 2004
Date of Patent: May 1, 2007
    Assignee: CNH America LLC
Inventors: Jacob N. Gust, William A. Wake
  • Patent number: 7211388
Abstract: A method for profiling and identifying persons by using data samples provides a collapsed list of one or more aggregated matching samples having consistent STR profiles. Each of the one or more aggregated matching samples are presented on a one-line display, the one-line display having a composite profile representing consensus of all STR profiles in an associated aggregate matching sample. The one-line display of an aggregated matching sample may be expanded, and the expanded one-line display provides a view of all member samples in the aggregated matching sample. A method for aggregating samples from a plurality of disparate samples, and combining the aggregated samples is also provided.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 15, 2003
Date of Patent: May 1, 2007
    Assignee: Gene Codes Forensics, Inc.

  • Publication number: 20070056755
Abstract: A method and apparatus for use with an agricultural implement assembly that includes a support frame, a wing frame and a cylinder assembly that includes a cylinder and a rod, each of the support frame, wing frame, cylinder and rod being an assembly component, the rod moving relative to the cylinder between an unlatched position and a latched position as the support and wing frames move from an operating position toward a transport position, the apparatus comprising a first coupler supported by one of the assembly components and moving along a pathway as the wing frame moves from the operating position toward the transport position, a second coupler supported at least in part within the pathway by at least another of the assembly components, the second coupler operable to couple with the first coupler when the rod is in the latched position and a latch inhibiting member that is manually moveable between a latch inhibiting position and a latch enabling position, when in the inhibiting position, the inhibiting m

  • Publication number: 20070029871
Abstract: A suspension for a tracked vehicle includes an undercarriage frame. The undercarriage frame includes an elongated rail having a first side and a second side, a first axle attached to the first side of the rail, and a second axle attached to the second side of the rail. The suspension also includes a first wheel set including at least one wheel rotatably attached to the first axle, and a second wheel set including at least one wheel rotatably attached to the second axle. The suspension further includes a track engaging the first wheel set and the second wheel set.

  • Patent number: 7104207
Abstract: An air seeder has two tanks for holding seed or other particulate matter. Each tank has a metering device at the bottom to meter out the contents of the tanks. A panel is positioned to cover and uncover a hole between the two tanks such that it can direct the contents of one tank into the other and also block off the metering device of the one tank. The panel is connected to a handle that extends outside the tanks so the operator can move the panel without entering the tank.
