The pet water fountain includes a housing configured to cover a portion of the bowl and have a fluid reservoir. The pet water fountain includes a rotatable cone positioned within the housing, the cone tapering outwardly from a bottom end to a top end, the bone bottom end having a fluid inlet to allow the passage of fluid from the bowl through the inlet and into the interior of the conde, the cone top end being in fluid communication with the housing fluid reservoir. The pet water fountain includes a filter ring coupled to the cone top end, the filter ring having an exterior housing and a filter media positioned within the exterior housing, and an electric motor coupled to the rotatable cone for rotatably driving the rotatable cone.

Abstract: To form a layer separating two volumes of aqueous solution, there is used an apparatus comprising elements defining a chamber, the elements including a body of non-conductive material having formed therein at least one recess opening into the chamber, the recess containing an electrode. A pre-treatment coating of a hydrophobic fluid is applied to the body across the recess. Aqueous solution, having amphiphilic molecules added thereto, is flowed across the body to cover the recess so that aqueous solution is introduced into the recess from the chamber and a layer of the amphiphilic molecules forms across the recess separating a volume of aqueous solution introduced into the recess from the remaining volume of aqueous solution.

A machine learning contextual skills model is trained on data associated with skills that are invoked by the particular user and by various users and context data that defines characteristics of the context of the users, the users' computing devices, and the users' environments in association with the invoked skills. Responsive to a trigger event associated with the user and a computing device, current context data and user data is collected and passed to the contextual skills system. The contextual skills model is applied to the collected data and generates a ranked list of skills. One or more top-ranking skills are selected and provided to the user as one or more skill recommendations that are determined to be relevant to the user and relevant to the user's current context.

Thus, rather than being required to continue a task on the same device (even when the device is not well-suited for the current step or task), the user is provided with the option to use and, in some instances, is automatically transitioned to use, different devices within the set.
