  • Publication number: 20170025674
Abstract: An energy storage device includes a positive electrode current collector, a negative electrode current collector and a separator disposed between the positive electrode current collector and the negative electrode current collector. The separator is spaced from the positive electrode current collector, thereby at least partially defining a positive electroactive zone, and the separator may be spaced from the negative electrode current collector, thereby at least partially defining a negative electroactive zone. The energy storage device includes a semi-solid electrode with a thickness in the range of about 200 ?m to about 2,000 ?m, located in the positive electroactive zone and/or the negative electroactive zone. The semi-solid electrode may also include a suspension of an ion-storing solid phase material in a non-aqueous liquid electrolyte.

  • Patent number: 8182180
Abstract: The removable tie-down device is comprised of a plurality of straps that are attached to each other in such a way as to form a tie-down device for the safe transportation of a cylindrical object, for example a propane tank, in the bed of a pickup truck by securing the propane tank to the inside of the trucks tailgate. When in use, two main straps pass from a readily available conventional tightening device down the vertical side and under the bottom rounded shoulders and to both sides of the base ring of the propane tank positioned vertically against the inside of the tailgate and standing on the truck bed. These two main straps then pass under the bottom edge, up the vertical outside surface and over the top surface of the tailgate, and then pass over the tank to connect to the tightening device.

  • Patent number: 7833026
Abstract: An electrical connector assembly includes a circuit board having vias each extending at least partially through the circuit board along parallel via axes and an electrical connector configured to be mounted on the circuit board. The electrical connector includes a plurality of variable depth signal terminals configured to extend different depths into respective vias of the circuit board. The signal terminals each have a terminal axis, and the signal terminals are arranged in pairs carrying differential pair signals. The signal terminals of each pair extend to the same depth in the respective vias of the circuit board. The terminal axes of the signal terminals of each pair are offset with respect to the corresponding via axes along a majority of the signal terminals within the vias.

  • Patent number: 6235688
Abstract: Non-thixotropic, sodium-free lubricant additive having from 10% to 50% of a liquid organic diluent and from 30% to 90% of a substituted hydrocarbaryl metal salt. At least 30 mole percent of the metal in the metal salt is lithium, and the salt is essentially free of sodium. The BN of the non-thixotropic lubricant additive attributable to the lithium is less than 150. This additive is useful for decreasing black sludge deposits and piston deposits.

  • Patent number: 5677270
Abstract: Processes for preparing normal and overbased metal sulfurized alkylphenates. The processes am characterized by a sulfurization reaction using a lower carboxylic acid catalyst which does not use a polyol promoter, e.g., ethylene glycol. The process affords a metal sulfurized phenate product which is essentially free of polyol oxidation products. The products are useful as additives for lubricating oils.
