Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses, including computer programs encoded on computer-readable media for receiving a first answer to an open-ended question from a first user, generating a first user opinion value comprising a first sum comprising all interaction values associated with the first user rating respective answers to the open-ended question, receiving a rating of the first answer from a second user, generating a second user opinion value comprising a second sum comprising all interaction values associated with the second user rating respective answers to the open-ended question including the first answer from the second user, generating a new interaction value based on the first sum of all interaction values, the second sum of all interaction values, and the rating of the first answer from the second user, and adjusting a position of the first user and a position of the second user in the ordinal data based on the new interaction value.
