  • Patent number: 12016151
Abstract: Compact electronic devices, such as Access Points (APs), having airflow and cooling features are provided. According to one implementation, a compact electronic device includes an outer plastic housing and an inner casing arranged inside the outer plastic housing. The inner casing has a high-voltage section configured to support one or more high-voltage electrical components and a low-voltage section configured to support one or more low-voltage electrical components. The compact electronic device further includes a single fan that is configured to draw air from outside the outer plastic housing, move the air through the high-voltage and low-voltage sections, and exhaust the air through one or more exhaust vents in the outer plastic housing. Also, the inner casing is configured to isolate the one or more high-voltage electrical components from metal portions of the low-voltage section by at least a certain separation to meet clearance and creepage safety standards.

  • Patent number: 12014959
Abstract: Fabrication of narrow and wide structures based on lithographic patterning of exclusively narrow mask structures. Multi-patterning may be employed to define narrow mask structures. Wide mask structures may be derived through a process-based merging of multiple narrow mask structures. The merge may include depositing a cap layer over narrow structures, filling in minimum spaces. The cap layer may be removed leaving residual cap material only within minimum spaces. Narrow and wide structures may be etched into an underlayer based on a summation of the narrow mask structures and residual cap material. A plug pattern may further mask portions of the cap layer not completely filling space between adjacent mask structures. The underlayer may then be etched based on a summation of the narrow mask structures, plug pattern, and residual cap material. Such methods may be utilized to integrate nanoribbon transistors with nanowire transistors in an integrated circuit (IC).

  • Patent number: 12013969
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure may provide a data clean room allowing secure data analysis across multiple accounts, without the use of third parties. Each account may be associated with a different company or party. The data clean room may provide security functions to safeguard sensitive information. For example, the data clean room may restrict access to data in other accounts. The data clean room may also restrict which data may be used in the analysis and may restrict the output. The overlap data may be anonymized to prevent sensitive information from being revealed.

  • Patent number: 12011342
Abstract: Dressing or bandage for protecting a wound accidentally incurred, surgical incision deliberately made in the skin, epidermal delivery of medication, or musculotherapy of a human being or animal, said bandage/dressing having the primary characteristic of being significantly atraumatic upon removal of same by virtue of a novel stringlike member that is intentionally incorporated into or debossed into the construction of said parent bandage/dressing in a multi-spiral geometry, said stringlike member firstly being pulled gently and progressively in multiple turns around the wound site or epidermal treatment area to in effect significantly reduce the area of remaining/undisturbed adhesive between the bandage/dressing and patient's skin before the bandage/dressing is peeled away from the skin in conventional manner and thus affording the patient a significantly less traumatic experience.

  • Patent number: 12011276
Abstract: The present disclosure facilitates the evaluation of wide-band phase gradient information of the heart tissue to assess, e.g., the presence of heart ischemic heart disease. Notably, the present disclosure provides an improved and efficient method to identify and risk stratify coronary stenosis of the heart using a high resolution and wide-band cardiac gradient obtained from the patient. The patient data are derived from the cardiac gradient waveforms across one or more leads, in some embodiments, resulting in high-dimensional data and long cardiac gradient records that exhibit complex nonlinear variability. Space-time analysis, via numeric wavelet operators, is used to study the morphology of the cardiac gradient data as a phase space dataset by extracting dynamical and geometrical properties from the phase space dataset.

  • Patent number: 12013787
Abstract: A computing device is configured to allocate memory for exclusive use of an execution entity from both a shared memory area and a private memory area of the device. Specifically, the shared memory area is configured with a united memory pool (UMP) component. The UMP component is configured to provide portions of huge page-based memory to execution entities for exclusive use of the execution entities. Memory granules that are allocated to the UMP component are divided into smaller memory chunks (which are smaller than a huge page), each of which can be allocated for exclusive use of an execution entity. These memory chunks are mapped to virtual address spaces of the assigned execution entities. Because memory granules can be allocated to, and deallocated from, the UMP component at run-time, the amount of memory that is available for private data generated by execution entities is able to be dynamically adjusted.
