    Abstract: A glenoid bone augment component is provided that includes a first side, a second side, and a body that extends between the first side and the second side. The first side is configured to be disposed away from a glenoid of a patient. The second side is configured to be placed on the glenoid. The body is configured to adjust the spacing from the glenoid of a prosthesis component coupled with the first side when the second side of the glenoid bone augment component is coupled with the glenoid. The body has one or both of a central channel and a plurality of peripheral anchor channels disposed therethrough. The channels can be configured to receive a tool for forming an opening in the glenoid. A peripheral reinforcement structure is disposed around at least one of the peripheral anchor channels of the plurality of peripheral anchor channels and/or a central reinforcement structure is disposed around the central channel.
