  • Publication number: 20210352349
Abstract: An addressable asset system (100) includes user equipment devices (UEDs) (102), a cloud decisioning system (CDS) (106) and a business data management system (BDMS) (108). The BDMS (108) collects information that is used by the CDS (106) to manage delivery of assets by the UEDs (102). In an exemplary network architecture, the CDS (106) is independent of the network insertion and delivery equipment. In particular, the broadcast content stream is delivered to the UED (102) by a digital content management(DCM) system (110) and certain assets are separately delivered to the UED (102) by the asset download network (AND) (112). This allows the CDS (106) to remain independent of the network of the UED (102) such that the CDS (106) can operate across networks.

  • Publication number: 20210349698
Abstract: Flexible yet efficient “find” operations search source code for matches to a general pattern after a developer provides an example string that matches the pattern, without requiring the developer to write a regular expression or script that will implement the desired pattern. Example-driven find-replace functionality uses regular expressions or other pattern match codes, and scripts or other transforms, which are synthesized automatically from examples provided by a developer. This technology allows the developer to focus on workflow inside an integrated development environment instead of breaking focus to search for external documentation, or unfortunately foregoing the flexibility and power of regular expressions and scripts. Synthesizer outputs may be directly or indirectly ranked through user feedback, allowing their refinement. Find match generality may be controlled, e.g., by specifying regex star positions or star counts. Entry of guiding examples may be assisted by autocompletion.

  • Patent number: 11171978
Abstract: Technologies are provided for the monitoring, detection, and notification of emerging, related issues within a system, which may indicate a problem. Within a computing-security system, a sudden increase in the frequency of events associated with unauthorized logon attempts signal a real-time and ongoing security risk. A method monitors system-related events and generates a vector representation for each event based on event features. Clusters of related events are determined, and a state automaton is employed to determine a strength of temporal “bursty” activity for each cluster. Hypothesis testing is performed on each cluster to determine a likelihood that the cluster is a temporally emergent cluster. Clusters with a bursting likelihood above a threshold are determined to be an emergent cluster associated with an anomalous issue. A notification regarding the detected anomaly is provided. A remedial action addressing the anomaly is performed.

  • Patent number: 11172513
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for efficiently identifying spatial parameters for receiving control information in an initial coreset. In one example, a user equipment (UE) may receive a TCI state indicating reference signals quasi co-located with a control information transmission in a coreset, and the UE may also identify a quasi co-location (QCL) assumption in a random-access procedure indicating that a synchronization signal block (SSB) is quasi co-located with the control information transmission in the coreset. In this example, the UE may identify spatial parameters for monitoring the coreset for the control information transmission in accordance with the TCI state or the QCL assumption based on the timing of the indicated TCI state and the QCL assumption.

  • Patent number: 11172457
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for efficient identification of spatial parameters for receiving control information in an initial coreset. In one example, a user equipment (UE) may receive a transmission configuration indication (TCI) state indicating reference signals quasi co-located with a control information transmission in a coreset. The TCI state may be identified from a set of TCI states, where the set of TCI states includes at least one TCI state corresponding to each synchronization signal block (SSB) (e.g., each quasi co-location (QCL) source) associated with the initial coreset. The UE may identify spatial parameters for monitoring the coreset for the control information transmission in accordance with the TCI state.

  • Patent number: 11166497
Abstract: A protective headgear includes two air chambers connected through a fan. Each air chamber has a fabric filter with a large surface area. A frame with a fan compartment and headband engages a person's head and forms a boundary to air flow around the head between the two air chambers. Air flows between the two air chambers primarily through the fan. One air chamber is formed above the head and is at lower pressure than air outside the headgear. Another air chamber is formed around the face and is at higher pressure than air outside the headgear. The fan draws air through a fabric filter to provide filtered air into the air chamber around the face, providing breathing volume and positive pressure protection. Exhaled air dissipates out of the headgear through a fabric filter forming part of the air chamber around the face.

  • Patent number: 11168966
Abstract: A device configured to provide a faster and more accurate measurement of depths of holes for placement of bone screws and fastener for bone implant fixation procedures. The device includes a combination of a bone probe for physical examination of a hole drilled in a bone and a depth gauge member for determining a depth of the hole and providing digital measurement of the depth via a display on the instrument and/or via a wireless exchange of measurement data to a remote computing device, such as a tablet or smartphone. The device may further be connected to a separate neuromonitoring device and be used for nerve sensing and/or nerve stimulation by way of the bone probe. For example, the bone probe may include a conductive material such that the distal probe tip acts as an extension of the neuromonitoring device and may be used to sense and/or stimulate nerves.
