    Abstract: A universal holder for a folding lock has a base bar fastenable to a bicycle strut and formed by a lower rail and an upper rail that can be displaced relative to each other and locked relative to each other by a mounting assembly. A retaining strap extends transversely across the base bar and is connectable to two sides of the upper rail. A support cup is provided on a lower end of the lower rail.
