  • Patent number: 8907753
Abstract: The invention provides a rotary solenoid, comprising a stator and rotor that can rotate around a rotational axis, wherein the rotor has a rotor shaft on which a rotor disc is arranged, and the rotor disc, seen in the direction of circumference, has alternating magnetically polarized magnetic poles. The stator carries at least one coil carrying windings for conducting electric current. Between the coil and the rotor disc is a pole face having at least of two partial pole faces for guiding the magnetic flux of the magnetic field generated by the windings when current is applied. Elements of the magnetic system (the magnetic poles, the partial pole faces and the air gap) are configured along the direction of circumference depending on the rotational angle changeable in such a way that a torque results that returns the rotor in the starting position, when the current is switched off.

  • Patent number: 8729994
Abstract: The invention refers to a Rotary Solenoid comprising a stator and rotor that can rotate around a rotational axis. The rotor has a rotor shaft on which a rotor disc is arranged. The rotor disc is, seen in the direction of the circumference, polarized alternating magnetically. The stator carries at least one coil. On the coil windings of electrically conducting wire are provided. For guiding the magnetic flow of the magnetic field generated by the coil a pole face consisting of several partial pole faces is provided.

  • Patent number: 7410038
Abstract: A locking unit for the locking of the movement of a piston. An electromagnet is provided the armature, respectively the armature bar, of which acts on an operating element. The operating element co-operates with a catching element in such a way that the catching element blocks in a locking position the movement of the piston, respectively the catching element unlocks in an unlocking position the movement of the piston. Catching element and operating element co-operate surface-to-surface.
