    Abstract: Fortune cookie fortunes or other small slips of sheet material are displayed in a frame comprising: a base on which a fortune message is mounted, a transparent panel overlying the fortune message and a retaining rim which fits over the transparent panel and latches to the base. A strip of magnetic material is adhered to the back of the base for mounting the display on a surface, such as the door or side of a refrigerator.
